A Second Mistress Accuses Donald Sterling of Racism

They’re coming out of the woodwork.

40-year-old Maiko Maya King has sued 80-year-old Clippers owner Donald Sterling, saying that during their alleged romantic relationship between 2005 and 2011 he made several racist and sexist remarks.

According to TMZ, King claims that she was fired from her assistant job after she refused to listen to a “stream of racist and sexist taunts” from the billionaire.

She also claims that Sterling was “bored sexually” with his other mistress V. Stiviano

The lawsuit asserts that Sterling had once asked King, “How could you be married to a black man?” referring to her African American ex-husband, 49-year-old Wayne King, adding “I want to take you out of the black world and put you into the white world.”

Wayne King has since said in an interview with the New York Daily News that Sterling destroyed their marriage.

“Why would you bring black people into the world?” Sterling also reportedly asked King regarding her and her ex-husband’s children.

“I don’t like the man,” Wayne King said in the interview. “She told me all the racist things he said, but he had billions and I was just a stunt man. He broke up my marriage.”

“I went to two Clippers games, but the whole situation was just ugly,” he added. “He tried to get my youngest daughter to give him kisses, and then he would turn his face to get it on the lips. I told him I didn’t like that, and he said, ‘But I just love her.'”

King and Maiko divorced in 2009.

Maiko Maya King added, via TMZ, that Sterling told her that “black people do not take care of their children. All they do is sit home and smoke dope.”

Her lawyer, Gloria Allred, is a well known civil rights attorney. Allred is poised to make a statement sometime today.

As the entire world is aware, Sterling is currently banned for life from the NBA after recordings were released where he told another ex-mistress of his, V. Stivano, that she shouldn’t bring black people to his games.

Sterling’s wife Shelly – they must have a wonderful relationship – has since been trying to sell the team before the NBA completely ousts her and Donald from ownership, with former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer reportedly buying the team for $2 billion.

If the sale goes through, it will be the highest price ever paid for an NBA team.
