Over the last year, we have slowly been watching ‘Easy A’ actress, Amanda Bynes, unravel including DUI’s, license suspension, Twitter diatribes, threatening to sue tabloids, photos of alleged drug use, public humiliation, to name just a few.

On Thursday, Bynes was arrested at her New York City apartment after her doorman called the police. Apparently, the former actress was smoking marijuana in the building’s lobby, acting erratically, and talking to herself.

According to NBC, Bynes returned to her 36th story apartment as soon as the cops arrived. The police followed her upstairs, entered her apartment (which allegedly reeked of marijuana), and witnessed her grabbing a bong and throwing it out the window. She was immediately arrested for reckless endangerment, felony tampering with evidence, and criminal possession of marijuana.

Before being taken to the police station, she was driven to the Roosevelt Hospital to undergo a psychiatric evaluation.

Bynes is scheduled to appear in court on Friday, but since she recently pleaded no contest in California to driving on a suspended license and was subsequently sentenced to three years probation, the near future is not looking so great for her.
