‘Big Time Rush’ fans the world over may be saddened by James Maslow’s elimination from ‘Dancing With the Stars’ this week, but there may still be hope!

There’s a chance Maslow might return to dancing… not on the aforementioned reality show, but in the highly anticipated sequel to Channing Tatum’s ‘Magic Mike’.

During an interview on ‘Good Morning America’ Wednesday, a fan asked Maslow if he was considering a role in ‘Magic Mike XXL’, to which he responded “Haven’t had the offer yet, but who knows.”

Another young Disney hunk turned adult actor is being considered for a part in the male stripper film as well – Zac Efron. The ‘Neighbors’ star admitted that he would consider the role, but that it hasn’t been confirmed quite yet.

“We haven’t really talked about it…it’s really funny,” Efron told Magic FM 105.4. “No, we haven’t talked about it, but I mean, I love Channing [Tatum], and I think Magic Mike was an awesome movie so I mean, who knows?”

“But we haven’t talked about it, don’t start any crazy rumors,” Efron continued.

“People are going to start saying I’m in it. We haven’t talked about it or anything so I don’t know.”

Magic Mike XXL is expected to hit theaters on July 3, 2015.
