Shopping Centre to be located in North Tel Aviv.
According to Globes, the Canada-Israel Development Corporation plans to build a mall in North Tel Aviv, adjacent to its luxury seafront Blue residential project near the Mandarin Hotel. The project began just a few months ago.
For the Canada-Israel Development Corporation, which is owned by Assaf Tuchmayer and Barack Rosen, this will be its debut in the mall business. The mall will be 30 000-square meters in size, located at the Country Club junction. The project is an investment of more than NIS 1 billion.
The location of the mall will be in between the Herzliya's Seven Stars Mall, owned by Israel Land Development Company and the Ramat Aviv Mall owned by Melisron Ltd.
