Israel's Mark Zuckerberg
Here is a story from bizarro world. Facebook has threatened to sue Mark Zuckerberg, not the company’s founder but an Israeli previously named Rotem Guez who had legally changed his name to Mark Zuckerberg.

Guez had officially changed his name to Zuckerberg on December 7th, obviously for the purposes for free PR and marketing for his company, Like Store, a social marketing company where clients can purchase Facebook “Likes” for their profiles.

This is not the first legal action between Zuckerberg and Facebook. Back in January, Zuckerberg filed a lawsuit against Facebook after the social network shut down his profile.

In September, Facebook threatened to sue Zuckerberg, not over the use of the name, but the Like Store, claiming that through the sale of “fans” the company is violating Facebook’s Terms of Service. Facebook has requested that Zuckerberg shut down the Like Store and to never use the social network again.

Will Zuckerberg change his name back? Will he shut down the company that obviously infringes on Facebook’s Terms of Service? Does anyone really care? Likely not, but the story is a funny one. Now hopefully we’ll never have to hear of this again.
