Explore Harry Potter's World at the Science Centre
"Harry Potter: The Exhibit" gives visitors an inside look at the craftsmanship and artistry behind the "Harry Potter" films.
Ever wanted to attend Hogwarts? In June, a brand new Harry Potter theme park will open its doors to the world created by author J.K. Rowling. However, the theme park isn’t located in Ontario but instead, in Orlando’s Universal Studios.
Canadian fans will be happy to know a new exhibit has arrived at the Ontario Science Centre today. Harry Potter: The Exhibit will give visitors an up-close and personal look at the craftsmanship and artistry behind all of the Harry Potter movies.
The interactive exhibit will give fans a chance to try on a sorting hat, pull a Mandrake from a pot in the Herbology vignette and even play a game of Quidditch. Authentic artifacts from the films, such as Harry’s glasses and Professor Dumbledore’s robe, will be on display.
The exhibit starts today and runs until Aug. 22, with extended hours this weekend. General admission is $27 (which includes entry to the Harry Potter exhibit plus the Science Centre) and $20 (Harry Potter exhibit valid during the evening).
