Prep Time: 5 minutes

Bake Time: 1 hour

Ingredients:

1 egg white

1 teaspoon cold water

2 cups of almonds (or your favourite nuts)

2 cups of sugar (or Splenda)

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons cinnamon

1. Pre-heat the oven to 250 degrees

2. Beat water and egg whites until frothy

3. Add almonds to wet mixture and mix until moist
