- Eggs (I use egg beaters or whites)
- cottage cheese (I used non-fat)
- berries (I used defrosted frozen)
- vanilla protein powder (optional but adds yummy sweetness)
- oats (again optional, but I like a bit of ruffage/carbs after my workout)
- cinnamon
