Still from Le Internet Medley by The GAG Quartet
Israeli band, ‘The GAG Quartet”, released their new music video “Le Internet Medley” 24 hours ago and they’ve already received over 1 million views? So you ask- how did they do it? I know that was my first question. I uploaded an adorable video of my puppy hula hooping (successfully), expecting great results, and so far…. a whopping 45 views!

It seems “The GAG Quartet” is much smarter than I… and also much more educated in the way of Internet trends. The band has managed to include over 40 popular Internet memes in one song.

“Le Internet Medley” features a fun guitar riff that supposedly incorporates everyone’s favorite memes. I, of course, can’t identify a single one… and it doesn’t help that in the YouTube video description the band writes, “Find them all, I dare ya.”

After doing some research, I’ve discovered that Trololo, Numa Numa Guy, Nyan Cat, honeybadger, dancing banana, Chuck Testa, and Friday are a few that were “obvious”.

Watch the video below. Can you identify all 40… or even 4?
