William Shatner is Hosting the Junos
Star Trek legend and current star of Weird or What, William Shatner, will be hosting this year’s Juno Awards in Ottawa, Canada.
CTV announced his hosting gig this morning, as well as the nominations.
The nominees include last year’s host, Drake, competing against Avril Lavigne, Justin Bieber, Michael Buble, and Nickleback for best album of the year. Some notable nominees in other categories include; Hedley, Lights, Marianas Trench, Sam Roberts, The Sheepdogs, Deadmau5, and Arcade Fire.
Deadmau5, Hedley, Nickleback, City and Colour, Blue Rodeo, and Feist are set to perform.
The 41st annual Juno Awards will be aired on CTV April 1st.
