Over the past few months, Facebook has made quite a few updates. Although the public doesn’t seem thrilled with the constant changes, the folks at Facebook continue to upgrade. But perhaps the development team will start to re-evaluate their "upgrades" after a recent incident involving the social network’s founder finding himself in hot water after experiencing a major flaw in the site.

Facebook’s CEO received mass criticism on Wednesday for publically endorsing GOP candidate, Mitt Romney. Gawker reported that many of Zuckerberg’s friends and subscribers posted messages of outrage after noticing his presidential endorsement.

"Of course Zuckerberg likes Romney," one person posted. "Romney's a rich a--hole looking out for other richies, like Zuckerberg."

In turns out that Zuckerberg did not intend to endorse Romney. He had clicked “Like” on a comment made by Slate writer, Farhad Manjoo. The writer posted “try looking at the Romney logo without seeing the word MONEY.” Unfortunately, when Zuckerberg clicked “Like”, Manjoo’s comment was removed, leaving only Romney’s campaign logo.

After some time, one of his subscribers discovered the flaw, and attempted to make amends by posting “If you look at Farhad’s Facebook page there is a comment that goes along with this link.”

Facebook has not commented on the mishap, but Zuckerberg does have a photo posted of himself with Barack Obama.
