Matisyahu and Luke Weber on stage

With the help of Chai Lifeline, Luke Weber had the opportunity to sing ‘One Day’ with one of his favourite performers, Matisyahu.

Chai Lifeline is an organization that offers programs, assistance, and financial support to children fighting life-threatening diseases. Luke Weber, currently battling cancer, was granted his wish to join Matisyahu on stage Thursday evening at the Tarrytown Music Hall in New York.

The two sang ‘One Day’, an inspirational song about hope and courage.

"Sometimes in my tears I drown, but I never let it get me down… So when negativity surrounds, I know some day it'll all turn around," Luke belted to a cheering crowd.

"They [Chai Lifeline] continue to amaze me,” Luke’s mother, Eliza, told Jewishmom.com "It is because of them that Luke is not a victim of cancer. He is the happiest, most cup-half-full kid we know."
