We just spent the last week honoring the 50 Hottest Jewish Women. Please join us over the next week in celebrating the 50 Hottest Jewish Men in the world.

Narrowing it down to only 50 took a lot of thought and consideration, but I think we finally nailed it. Over the next 5 days, Shalom Life will celebrate the most talented, intelligent, funny, and gorgeous Jewish men, or JILF’s as we lovingly call them.

#30- MAC MILLER

Age: 20

Hometown: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Known for: The Ill Spoken, Donald Trump, One of three Jewish rappers

Why he’s a JILF: Although Mac is only half-Jewish (Christian father), he was raised Jewish and had a Bar Mitzvah. At only 20, he’s already recognized as one of North America’s best hip-hop artists. He is a completely self-taught musician, teaching himself how to play piano, guitar, drums, and bass. Since the age of 15, he has completely dedicated himself to hip-hop. He started his career as one half of rap group The Ill Spoken with Beedie. After releasing one mixtape, he decided to go solo. Mac’s grassroots approach to music and promotion has amassed the rapper a huge cult following. After several mixtapes and millions of views on YouTube, Mac released his first full-length album, Blue Slide Park, last year, which debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200. Check out his latest release, Macadelic!

#29- ARI EMANUEL

Age: 51

Hometown: Chicago, Illinois

Known for: Founder of Endeavor Talent Agency, Current co-CEO of WME Agency

Why he’s a JILF: Ari was raised in Jewish home in the Chicago suburb of Wilmette. He is the son of Dr. Benjamin Emanuel, who was active in the Irgun, a group that fought for Israeli independence and Marsha Emanuel, a civil rights activist. Ari’s brother is Chicago mayor, Rahm Emanuel. After graduating from college, Ari started his career as a professional racquetball player, eventually leaving sports to work at several Hollywood talent agencies. He had worked his way up to senior agent at ICM, but was fired, along with a few other agents, for sneaking files out of the office. Ari and “his fellow late night vigilantes” went on to found Endeavor Talent Agency, which merged with William Morris in 2009. Ari reps countless celebs including Charlize Theron, Matt Damon, Sacha Baron Cohen, Martin Scorsese, and Mark Wahlberg. It is believed that Ari Gold on Entourage is based on Ari.

#28- ADAM LAMBERT

Age: 30

Hometown: Indianapolis, Indiana

Known for: American Idol, First Openly Gay Pop Artist to launch on a major label

Why he’s a JILF: Adam moved to California at a very young age, and was raised in his mother’s Jewish religion. His musical career began at the age of 9, performing in school plays and choirs. His passion for performing encouraged Adam to move to L.A instead of attending college, landing him his first job at the age of 19 on a cruise ship. Upon his return, he started landing roles in professional theatre productions including Hair, Brigadoon, and Wicked. Adam became an international success with American Idol. Although he didn’t win, Adam went on to become one of the most successful contestants in the shows history. Look out for Adam’s second studio album, Trespassing, coming out on May 15th.

#27- JESSE EISENBERG

Age: 28

Hometown: Queens, New York

Known for: The Squid & the Whale, The Social Network, Holy Rollers, Rio

Why he’s a JILF: Jesse was raised in a secular Jewish home in Queens. His sister is Hallie Eisenberg who most of us remember as the ‘Pepsi girl’. Jesse has stated that he didn’t fit in growing up, so he started acting in school plays in order feel more comfortable “playing a role”. His professional career started in 1996, landing a role in Broadway’s Summer and Smoke. His big screen debut and breakthrough role came in 2002 with Roger Dodger, followed by roles in Cursed, The Squid and the Whale, and Holy Rollers. Jesse gained international success portraying Mark Zuckerberg in Academy-Award winning The Social Network. Look out for Jesse in Woody Allen’s new film, To Rome with Love.

#26- SEAN PENN

Age: 51

Hometown: Santa Monica, California

Known for: Dead Man Walking, I Am Sam, Milk, Mystic River

Why he’s a JILF: Sean has an ethnically diverse background with grandparents from Lithuania, Russia, Italy, and Ireland. He was raised in a secular home and has called himself agnostic. Sean started making short films as a child with neighborhood friend Emilio Estevez and Charlie Sheen, but his professional career began in 1974 when he appeared on an episode of Little House on the Prairie. In 1981, he landed his first big screen role with Taps, and went on to star in dozens of films throughout the 80’s and 90’s including Fast Times at Ridgemont High, Bad Boys, At Close Range, and Dead Man Walking. Sean became the focus of media attention throughout the 80’s due to his highly publicized marriage to Madonna. After several arrests for violence, Sean and Madonna divorced in 1989. Sean dedicates his life now to peace missions in Haiti, Venezuala, and other South American countries.
