This is a huge year for Mila Kunis, starting with a lead role in “Family Guy” creator Seth MacFarlane’s feature film “Ted”, followed by Sam Raimi’s “Wizard of Oz" prequel “Oz: The Great and Powerful,” co-starring James Franco, Michelle Williams, and Rachel Weisz. On Tuesday evening, Mila Kunis spoke with MTV at CinemaCon and revealed that she is confirmed to star in The Wachowski’s (“The Matrix”, “V For Vendetta”) upcoming “Jupiter Ascending”.

Back in March, news spread about Mila Kunis being offered the lead role, but her response was never publically released.

MTV asked Kunis if she planned on doing The Wachowski’s film, and apparently before they had a chance to finish their question, Kunis blurted out, “Yes!”

“I love them!” Kunis explained.

When asked for more information, Mila responded, “Listen, I told you I’m doing it. That’s the most I’ve told anybody.”

In January, Natalie Portman was courted to join “Jupiter Ascending”. Portman previously worked with The Wachowski’s on “V For Vendetta”. Portman’s involvement has not been confirmed, but now that Mila Kunis is confirmed, perhaps she’ll jump on board to reunite with her “Black Swan” co-star?

“Jupiter Ascending” is scheduled to hit theatres in 2014.
