With Father’s Day quickly approaching, national prostate cancer awareness campaign, On the Line, has organized the ‘Big Daddy Awards’, paying homage to the world’s favorite famous dads.

Fans are invited to votes for their favorite fathers in 33 different categories ranging from ‘Country Big Daddy’, ‘Hip Hop Big Daddy’, and ‘Rock on Big Daddy’ to ‘Pro Baseball Big Daddy’, ‘Heartthrob Big Daddy’, and ‘Tough Guy Big Daddy’.

Gene Simmons is nominated in the ‘All Time Reality TV Dad Big Daddy’ category, while Lenny Kravitz got a nod in the ‘Rock on Big Daddy’ category. Surely, Simmons is livid knowing that after 40 years in music, he’s being recognized for his portrayal on ‘Family Jewels’, but either way his parenting skills are being rewarded.

Some other notable names include Jon Stewart, Howard Stern, Brad Pitt, Dr. Oz, Steve Carell, Matt Damon, and Steven Spielberg.

For a full list of nominees and to register your votes, visit www.BigDaddyAwards.com

Voting closes June 17th, and winners will be announced on June 18th, the day after Father’s Day.
