Watch Rashida Jones & Andy Samberg in ‘Celeste and Jesse Forever’ [VIDEO]
Catch the first trailer of the new indie dramedy
‘Celeste and Jesse Forever’ is a little movie coming out with summer with big stars. Rashida Jones and Andy Samberg star as best friends that also happen to be married, and going through a divorce. After the couple decides to split, they decide to remain besties, and of course there is both drama and comedy that ensues.
‘Celeste and Jesse Forever’ marks the screenwriting debut for Jones, but she is no stranger to writing… having penned the comic book series ‘Frenemy of the State’.
Directed by Lee Toland Krieger, co-written by Rashida Jones and fellow actor Will McCormack, and co-starring Elijah Wood, Ari Graynor, Eric Christian Olsen, Emma Roberts, and Chris Messina, ‘Celeste and Jesse Forever’ will most likely be the small indie film that makes a big impression, a la ‘500 Days of Summer’.
Check out the first trailer below. ‘Celeste and Jesse Forever’ hits theaters August 3rd.
