Fortune is looking to crown this year’s most powerful women entrepreneur

Have you recently launched a start-up that is starting to gain popularity around the world? Is your company going to be the next big thing? Are you a woman? If so, you could join the likes of Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg and Chelsea Handler at the 2012 Fortune Most Powerful Women Summit.

There are very few restrictions. Essentially, you have to be a woman and your company must have revenue between $1 million and $25 million. It does not matter where you are based, what industry you are in, or how many employees you have… you just have to run an up-and-coming company that is innovative.

The 2012 honorees with be special guests at the Fortune Most Powerful Women Summit in Laguna Niguel, CA from October 1st-3rd. This years Summit will also welcome Lululemon CEO Christine Day, Yahoo CEO Marissa Mayer, Tyra Banks, Warren Buffet, and “hundreds more remarkable business builders with lessons to share”, according to Fortune.
