Entertainment publicist, Alexandra Heller, joins our Top 20 list.
In celebration of Shalom Life’s new Los Angeles office, we have decided to take our popular “Top 20 Under 40” series on the road.

Top 20 Under 40- Alexandra Heller
Age: 28
Born in raised in Sacramento, this PR guru moved to Los Angeles after high school to pursue her dream of working in fashion. A favor from a family friend changed not only her career goals, but her entire life.
After graduating from the Fashion Institute of Design and Marketing with a degree in Merchandise Marketing, Heller was offered an internship at her current PR firm, Much and House PR.
“The classes I took offered a PR course, never did I think I would end up working in a PR firm a becoming a publicist. I actually ended up falling into PR as a family friend got me an internship at Much and House Public Relations in the Lifestyle division. Soon after working there I knew I loved the PR industry and wanted to continue but work in the Entertainment side.”
Heller has since been promoted to Senior Publicist at the firm, representing big names in the entertainment industry including Zachary Gordon, Willow Shields, Sarah Hyland, and Bella Thorne.
Although her job requires her to attend events, schmooze, and publicize her clients current or upcoming jobs in the media, TV, print, and online, she considers herself a homebody.
“I love relaxing and spending time watching movies and enjoying a nice home cooked meal.”
Heller is enjoying every minute of her career, but like any girl, she has aspirations of meeting Mr. Right and maybe one day opening her own PR firm.
“I hope in the next 5 years to find the man of my dreams and get married. In 20 years, I have no idea. Maybe own my own PR firm?”
Heller is a nice Jewish girl who attended Shalom School for elementary and continues to celebrate High Holy day services every year. She wants to be remembered as “a nice, caring, and hardworking person.”
