During the ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ casting frenzy rumor at the end of 2012, Esquire’s Sexiest Woman Alive was considered both the fan favorite and producer’s pick for the upcoming film adaptation of E.L James erotic novel.

Mila Kunis initially reacted by stating that it was would be a different role and that she was “not disinterested”, but after a few months of consideration, the ‘Oz: The Great and Powerful’ actress has changed her mind.

During a press conference for ‘Oz’, Kunis responded to another ‘Fifty Shades’ inquiry by saying, “Gosh, this Fifty Shades Of Grey thing is just not gonna leave is it. No, you will not see me in Fifty Shades of Grey. I'm so sorry."

Although E.L James recently announced that the production was “still a long way from casting,” now that Kunis has ruled herself out, the Twitterverse and blogisphere has already erupted with new predictions including Emma Watson, Alexis Bledel, and Shailene Woodley.

The film currently has no cast and no director, but Universal Pictures chairman, Adam Fogelson, revealed they are anticipated a summer 2014 release.
