The ‘American Idol’ star channels Elvis Presley for new photography book

Adam Lambert Featured in ‘Shades of Elvis’ [VIDEO]

Adam Lambert joins a slew of other celebrities including Steven Tyler, Robert Plant, Ozzy Osbourne, Johnny Depp, Alice Cooper, Lionel Richie, Celine Dion, Elton John, and Rob Lowe for a new photography book entitled ‘Shades of Elvis’.

Created by Christopher Ameruoso and Priscilla Presley, ‘Shades of Elvis’ includes more than 75 different artists sporting Elvis’s famous shades.

Lambert couldn’t be more thrilled about his involvement in the project, tweeting “Check this out! A photography project I’m a part of! Such amazing company! @Chrisaphoto’s Shades of Elvis! http://fb.me/19eUEH2Wv.

Ameruoso seems equally excited about the former ‘American Idol’ stars choice to participate in his photo series, tweeting “Priscilla Presley & ! adore Adam. He looked amazing wearing Elvis’s shades can’t wait for you all to see the final March 7.”
