At the helm of the Los Angeles Film Festival is Hilary Helstein, writer and director of the award winning documentary As Seen Through These Eyes. The Los Angeles Jewish Film Festival (LAJFF) builds community awareness, appreciation and pride in the diversity of the Jewish people through film.
Like her film, Ms. Helstein's mission is to preserve and celebrate the rich Jewish heritage. This year, the LAJFF will take place May 8 - 13, 2010.
