Three Times a Charm for Didi Benami

After a stunning performance last night, contestant Vered 'Didi' Benami wowed the judges and fans alike with her rendition of "Play With Fire."

This is actually Benami's third attempt to make it through to the American Idol lineup. "I really believe it's because I sang 'Terrified,' because I worked really hard on that song and I nailed it," said Benami in a profile clip by American Idol.

And despite recently having an operation on her wrist to remove a cyst, she presses on in hopes of becoming the next American Idol.

The votes have have been tallied and the results have been revealed: Benami is safe for another week.
