Evan Rachel Wood Expecting First Child With ‘Billy Elliot’ Husband, Jamie Bell
The recently married couple has announced Wood’s pregnancy
‘The Wrestler’s’ Evan Rachel Wood took to Twitter on Friday to announce that she and husband, Jamie Bell, are expecting their first child.
Wood posted a photo of the pregnancy book ‘What to Expect When You’re Expecting’, recently adapted for screen starring Cameron Diaz and Jennifer Lopez.
Shortly afterwards, Wood wrote “Thanks for all your warm wishes… We are very happy. I’m gonna be a mama!”
Wood and Bell met in 2005 on the set of Green Day’s music video for ‘Wake Me Up When September Ends’. They dated for about a year before splitting, but remained close friends. While together, they got matching tattoos.
“We had matching tattoos because we knew our love would last for ever. Trouble is, it didn’t, things happened, we split. But I don’t regret the tattoo. It reminds me of a great, great period in my life,” Wood stated shortly after they first broke up.
Luckily, the couple reunited in 2011 and married this past October. Let’s hope this time it sticks.
This will be the first child for both Wood and Bell.
