Happy 15th Birthday Google!
Fifteen years ago, two Stanford university students Larry Page and Sergey Brin formed a company that forever changed the way we interact with the world, and one another. Today we wish them both, and Googlers around the world, Mazel Tov!

In 1998, two Stanford university students formed a company that has forever changed the way we receive information, communicate with one another, and basically, every other aspect of our lives.
Google.
Today, the search engine behemoth turns fifteen - though, technically, the company was founded on September 4th, Google celebrated its birthday on Sept. 7 until 2005, when it changed its birthday to today (the 27th) as it coincides with the announcement of the record number of pages that Google was indexing.
Regardless, to celebrate the momentous occasion, Google Doodle is challenging users to release as many virtual sweets as possible by swatting an interactive star-shaped pinata.
The doodle is an interactive video game, and is one of many ways the search engine is letting users celebrate. Another way is you google 'Google in 1998', (nostalgia geeks will get a kick out of this one) you will be taken to the original Google page, seeing how it looked fifteen years ago, giving you a glimpse back into time and a firsthand experience at how the search engine giant all began.
Ah, memories.
Google, a project that originally started as 'BackRub' and was based out a garage, was initially founded by PhD students Page and Brin as part of a research project.
Of course, we all know the story, and has since transformed the two into multi-billionaires, and the world's most successful hightech entrepreneurs.
It is also the most visited website in the world.
On behalf of Shalom Life, and billions of internet users around the world that have benefitted immensely from the founding of this revolutionary company, we wish you Google a heart-filled Mazel Tov. Ad 120!
