It's no secret that Freaks and Geeks attracted thousands of fans way after the short-lived season was cancelled following only one season, which could most likely be attested to the fact that it jump-started the careers of oh so many actors we cherish today, including James Franco, Seth Rogen, Jason Segal, Linda Cardellini, John Francis Daley, Martin Starr, you get the picture.

Coincidentally, it's probably the same reason why Wet Hot American Summer is such a cult classic - that, and Jon Benjamin's accurate portrayal as a talking can of vegetables.

And while many have hoped for a second season from Judd Apatow's oft talked-about TV show, it seems very unlikely that it would ever happen. At least we have that Freaks and Geeks video game though, an 8-bit YouTube game created by tech-savvy developers Rafi and Benny Fine, that came out last year.

If you've ever wondered what it would be like to watch any of the show's actors actually play the game and see their responses, your in luck: likely in promotion of their upcoming film, The Interview, best buddies Seth Rogen and James Franco were both recruited to play the game; you can check out their skills, and reactions, below.

As you'll notice, much of the interactive video game - in the school of Goosebumps' 'Choose Your Own Adventure' series - follows the original TV series to the tee, but there are a few jokes and cracks at Rogen and Franco thrown in there as well.
