Buy Drake’s Miami Condo for Only $2.5 M
If you have an extra $2.5 million lying around, you could buy Drake’s Miami condo property that was featuring in the “I’m on One” music video.
TMZ reported that Drake listed the properties last week. Yes, that’s right… properties (as in, more than one). The rapper originally purchased two adjacent units and converted them into one giant house in the sky. They are located in the upscale Marquis residences in downtown Miami. The larger unit is listed for $1.9 million, while the “smaller” unit is $599,000.
The larger of the two is 3,800 square feet, featuring 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The less expensive unit is only one bedroom, but still 1,675 square feet. Both condos are state-of-the art and modern with a marble staircase, media room, hardwood floors throughout, and views of the gorgeous Biscayne Bay.
The two units were originally purchased only one year ago (January 2011) for a combined price of $1.903 million.
