Drake leads the MTV Video Music Awards nominations with 5, tying with Rihanna
Our favorite Canadian rapper, Drake, is leading the list of MTV Video Music Awards nominees with 5, tying with collaborator and friend, Rihanna.
Drake is nominated for Video of the Year for “Take Care” featuring Rihanna, Best Hip-Hop Video for “HYFR” featuring Lil’ Wayne, Best Male Video for “Take Care”, Best Art Direction for “Take Care”, and Best Cinematography for, you guessed it, “Take Care”.
Other notable Jews joining Drake in the race are Adam Levine with his band, Maroon 5, for “Payphone” and David Guetta featuring Nicki Minaj for “Turn Me On.”
