HBO Orders Comedy Pilot From Jason Reitman, Bruce Eric Kaplan, and Lorne Michaels
'People in New Jersey' follows an adult brother and sister who ponder Life's big and small questions, whilst living in the in the Garden State.
Evidently, the comedy follows an adult brother and sister as they navigate life whist residing in the Garden State.
Kaplan (also known by his initials BEK) is an accomplished cartoonist, whose work has appeared in The New Yorker. He has working relationship with HBO, serving as a writer and producer on the critically acclaimed, award winning, Six Feet Under.
Reitman is in post-production for his latest feature, Labor Day, starring Kate Winslet and Josh Brolin among others. Helen Estabrook, a producer with Reitman’s production company Right of Way Films, will also serve as an executive producer on People in New Jersey, alone with Andrew Singer.
