Seth Rogen Will be Roast Master at Comedy Central’s James Franco Roast
The comedic actor will host his ‘Pineapple Express’ co-stars roast
Seth Rogen and James FrancoComedy Central has officially announced that writer/director/actor, Seth Rogen, has been named Roast Master for the ‘Comedy Central Roast of James Franco’.
Franco and Rogen have collaborated on several comedic projects over the past 14 years beginning with Judd Apatow’s cult TV show ‘Freaks and Geeks’, and continuing on with feature films including ‘This is The End’, ‘Pineapple Express’, and the upcoming ‘The Interview’.
The ‘Comedy Central Roast of James Franco’ will be filmed at Culver Studios on August 18th and is set to premiere on Labour Day weekend. It will be executive produced by Joel Gallen, who helmed previous Comedy Central Roasts including Charlie Sheen, Donald Trump, William Shatner, and Roseanne Barr.
No word yet on who will roast Franco.
