Watch Anthony Weiner Fight With a Jew That Insults His Wife, Huma [VIDEO]
The mayoral candidate got into it with a Brooklyn resident who insulted Weiner and said he was “married to an Arab”.
L’Shana Tova, everyone! In celebration of the Jewish New Year, Weiner has chosen to forgive a Jewish Brooklyn resident that insulted his wife, Huma Adedin… but only after engaging in a screaming match for several minutes.
Earlier this week, Weiner visited the Weiss Family Bakery in the Orthodox Jewish neighbourhood of Boro Park in Brooklyn, New York. As he was leaving the shop, a man wearing a kippa insulted Weiner, and although the video isn’t completely clear, “married to an Arab” is definitely audible.
Weiner immediately called the man a “jackass”, and then returned inside the bakery to confront him, shouting angrily for almost 2 minutes straight, while the unnamed man addressed Weiner’s controversial sexting scandal.
“You did disgusting things, you have a nerve to even walk around in public,” the man says.
“And you’re a perfect person, you’re my judge? What rabbi taught you that, that you’re my judge?,” Weiner replied.
“Stay out of the public, go home and get a job,” the man told Weiner, adding that he was a “bad example” and responsible for “deviant” behaviour.
After their fight ended, a man off camera asked Weiner if he planned to forgive his opponent, given that it was Rosh Hashanah.
“Of course, of course. I don’t hold it against him,” Weiner replied.
Watch the events transpire below. This version of the incident was uploaded by the Anthony Weiner campaign after several versions went viral that didn’t include the man’s initial “Arab” comments that set the mayoral candidate off.
