The cast of ‘Last Vegas’ reads the lyrics from recent pop songs
Screen Junkies recently had the opportunity to sit down with four of the most prolific and popular actors in Hollywood. Morgan Freeman, Michael Douglas, Robert De Niro, and Kevin Kline have collectively been working in the industry for over 100 years, starred in over 250 films, and worked with almost every A-lister alive. So what did the interviewer talk to them about? Advice for aspiring actors? Their latest film ‘Last Vegas’? Perhaps their most memorable career moments? No, instead four respected actors were asked to recite the lyrics to some of today’s most poorly written pop songs.
The men were good sports about the request, and even had a little bit of fun with it. Morgan Freeman read the lyrics to Ylvis’s unexpected and extremely absurd summer hit, ‘The Fox’, Robert De Niro read the words to Miley Cyrus’ controversial ballad ‘Wrecking Ball’, Kevin Kline dramatized ‘Best Song Ever’ by One Direction, and Michael Douglas was tasked with the most ridiculous tune of all… Alison Gold’s YouTube sensation ‘Chinese Food’.
