Oops! Drake Confused Adam Silver for Donald Sterling
At the Toronto Raptors Drake night, Drake mixed up some important names.

Last night’s Drake Night at the Toronto Raptor’s game was as entertaining as always, but things got a little awkward when Drake accidentally mixed up NBA commissioner Adam Silver with Donald Sterling, the former owner of the Los Angeles Clippers who made headlines earlier this year after private recordings of him making racist statements were leaked to the public.
One interviewer asked Drake about the time Silver fined the Raptors for $25,000 because Drake, in his position as official ambassador for the Raptors, violated anti-tampering rules by trying to persuade Kevin Durant to play for Toronto. He replied, “Sterling, that's my guy, man. So you know, we had a conversation about it, and you know, it won't happen again. So I got the message loud and clear.”
Drake may have gotten the message loud and clear, but it certainly doesn’t appear that he is very good with names.
