If you've been pining for Seinfeld since it ended seventeen years ago, you might want to check out the show's lost episode.
Well, kind of.
Although there hasn't been any recovered footage that was found lying around a studio backlot covered in dust, there's a new play that's so much like the old show it'll have you swearing Larry David himself wrote it.
Well, ok, let's not go nuts.
Entitled Seinfeld: The Leaning Susan, the play runs for a full 30 minutes and even features parodies of '90s commercials between episode segments.
The piece is directed by Brandon Gulya and was put on by the Bellevue sketch comedy group at the Upright Citizens Brigade. The play includes everyone’s four favourite characters, and even features an appearance by Susan although.
Unfortunately, there’s no Newman.
Although it was first performed back in March, it’s been making waves online since the full performance was uploaded to YouTube for the world to enjoy. Wonder what Jerry and the gang would think of all this though...
