Manchester United Apologizes for Swastika-Like Symbol

Manchester United, perhaps the most well known soccer club ever, has issued a public apology for sending out an email to its swarms of dedicated followers recently, which brandished a new logo that strikingly resembles a swastika, and a headline that reads 'New Order'.
The headline 'New Order' is a phrase Adolf Hitler used during a campaign in 1941 while trying to create a 'European New Order' which meant the elimination of the Jewish people and promoted the prosperity of the Aryan race.
Man U. used the headline in reference to their newest young players Adnan Januzaj, David de Gea and Danny Welbeck, who, alongside their teammates, were pictured in the email.
The logo, comprising of the initials MUFC (Manchester United Football Club) were arranged in a way that very much resembles a swastika. Don't know how their graphic designers didn't catch that one.
After several complaints following the release of the email, Head of Media David Sternberg issued a formal apology, and vowed to investigate the issue.
“The creative is completely inappropriate; we apologise unreservedly and are taking appropriate internal action,” Sternberg tweeted.
Owned by New York-based Jewish tycoon Malcolm Glazer, Manchester United won the English Premier League last year, their 20th time doing so.
