Son of Hamas Leader: Hamas Does Not Seek Coexistence, but Conquest [VIDEO]

“Hamas does not care about the lives of Palestinians, or the lives of Israelis, or Americans," says 'Green Prince' Mosab Hassan Yousef in CNN interview

While many, if not most of us, are in possession of the facts regarding Hamas' leadership of Gaza and the reason Israel and the IDF are currently in Gaza (to destroy the dozens of secret tunnels that the terrorist organization were planning to use against Israel in an upcoming planned attack), there are many who remain uneducated on the crisis, even doubly so regarding Hamas.

And if the following interview does not in any way change their perceptions, or at the very least force them to question their previous assumptions, it's safe to say they are operating under a bias that is far too powerful to be brought down.

In an interview with CNN, a former member of the group Mosab Hassan Yousef, the son of one of its founding founders who was groomed to take over one day, said Hamas is not interested in peace, but in conquest.

He added that the lives of civilians mean nothing to them, as they are a civilization that worships death.

“Hamas does not care about the lives of Palestinians, or the lives of Israelis, or Americans; they don’t care about their own lives,” Yousef said. “They consider dying for their ideology a way of worship."

“Hamas is not seeking coexistence and compromise; Hamas is seeking conquest,” he added. “The destruction of the state of Israel is not the Hamas final destination.”

Their destination is building an Islamic state "on the rubble of every other civilization."

A decade ago, Yousef abandoned Hamas and converted to Christianity (he's since been disowned by his father, West Bank Hamas leader Hassan Yousef), working as an informer for the Shin Bet for ten years.

In the interview, he mentions that Hamas preaches their demented ideology to children in mosques from as early as five years old.

“In the mosques, Hamas told us that without shedding innocent blood for the sake of the ideology we will not be able to build an Islamic state,” he said. “At five-years-old, that is what they were feeding us.”

Yousef first made headlines by going public about his experiences in a book called Son of Hamas, and more recently via a film called The Green Prince.

His father Hassan was recently arrested as part of the search to find the three Israeli teenagers who were kidnapped, and murdered, by members of Hamas.
