Lizzy Caplan Joins Seth Rogen and James Franco in ‘The Interview’
The ‘Masters of Sex’ star is in talks to reunite with her ‘Freaks and Geeks’ co-stars

Good news for fans of Judd Apatow’s hit cult show ‘Freaks and Geeks’! Lizzy Caplan is in talks to reunite with her former co-stars, Seth Rogen and James Franco, for the upcoming comedy ‘The Interview’.
Written and directed by Rogen and Evan Goldberg, ‘The Interview’ is a satirical comedy that finds two American journalists (Franco and Rogen) in the midst of an assassination plot of the North Korean President during a scheduled interview.
Rogen, Goldberg and James Weaver are producing the film through their Point Grey Pictures banner, which is enjoying recent success from ‘This is The End’.
Caplan is in negotiations to play the female lead. Specific details about the role have not been released yet.
She can currently be seen on Showtime’s new series ‘Masters of Sex’ alongside Michael Sheen.
