It seems Nickelodeon’s Nat Wolff and Disney’s Selena Gomez are all grown up. The on-screen couple star alongside each other in the upcoming Rated R indie flick, ‘Behaving Badly’.
‘Behaving Badly’, originally titled ‘Feed The Dog’ since it’s based on the book ‘While I’m Dead… Feed The Dog’, follows 16-year-old Rick Stevens (Wolff) and his crush Nina (Gomez) as they “embark on a rock n’ roll-themed odyssey” while Nina has to fight off her over-bearing boyfriend.
While speaking with Us Weekly, Wolff discussed his experience working with Gomez.
“Some of her fans might not be able to see it, but she’s super talented,” Wolff says, referring to the film’s R Rating.
This is a big year for Wolff, who until this point was known for his small screen success alongside his brother, Alex, on Nickelodeon’s ‘The Naked Brothers Band’. In 2013, Wolff stars on the big screen in ‘Behaving Badly’, as well as Paul Rudd and Tina Fey’s ‘Admission’.
Apparently on set, ‘Behaving Badly’ is being called “Ferris Bueller on drugs.”
“It takes a Matthew Broderick-like character and just goes to the next level,” Wolff explains.
‘Behaving Badly’ co-stars Heather Graham, Dylan McDermott, Cary Elwes, Elisabeth Shue, and Mary-Louise Parker.
