Personal information of Israeli Air Force Pilots Published

The Free Palestine Movement has published the names and photos of more than 100 members of the Israeli Air Force on its pro-Palestinian website.

Also included on the list of active Israeli air force personnel – which the website claims was sent to them by an anonymous source - are the pilots’ dates of birth and identification numbers.

The website also ran a statement that says that the pilots listed “have chosen to harness their skills in the spreading of mass destruction over towns and villages throughout Gaza, the West Bank and Lebanon. State protection renders them immune.” The statement goes on to ask foreign governments to prosecute them for “war crimes”.

In a statement responding to the published information, an IDF spokesperson said, “This publication, which is full of errors, is another attempt to undermine Israel’s right to defend itself.”
