Hand Grenade Explodes in Kosher Grocery Store in France
At approximately noon today (September 19th), a hand grenade was tossed against a kosher grocery store located in the Paris suburb of Sarcelles, France, which is known as “Little Jerusalem”, due to its large Jewish population.

According to local police, one shopper was injured by the blast while the store, which was full of shoppers preparing for Yom Kippur, sustained some damage.

Reports indicate that two men dressed in black and wearing hoods threw the grenade into the store before simply turning and walking away without saying so much as a word.

At this time, there has been no connection established between the attack in France and the release of cartoons depicting the Muslim Prophet Muhammed, which was carried in a Paris newspaper hours earlier.
