‘Seinfeld’, ‘The Big Bang Theory’ Included in NBC’s ‘Funniest of the Funniest’ Special
NBC counts down the Top 30 funniest TV moments

On September 1st, NBC plans to air a hilarious special exploring over 60 years of comedy television. With millions of moments to chose from, the network took on the near impossible challenge to rank the top 30 funniest moments in television history.
The ‘Funniest of the Funniest’ will include scenes from classic and contemporary sitcoms including ‘Seinfeld’, ‘The Big Bang Theory’, ‘The Simpsons’, ‘Friends’, ‘Will & Grace’, ‘Everybody Loves Raymond’, ‘Cheers’, ‘Saturday Night Live’, ’30 Rock’, ‘The Cosby Show’, ‘Modern Family’, ‘The Mary Tyler Moore Show’, ‘The Dick Van Dyke Show’, ‘I Love Lucy’, The Carol Burnett Show’, ‘All in the Family’, and more.
The humorous TV scenes will be intercut with interviews from some of our most beloved funny actors sharing behind-the-scenes commentary and stories about what led to each classic moment.
Some of the performers spotlighted during the special include: Alec Baldwin, Jennifer Aniston, Jerry Seinfeld, Jamie Foxx, Matthew Perry, Betty White, Lucille Ball, Neil Patrick Harris, Johnny Galecki, Lisa Kudrow, Michael J. Fox, and Christina Applegate.
